For insurance I take Regence, Premera, Aetna, Kaiser, Kaiser NW, United, United EAP, Cigna, and Cigna EAP
Self pay cost is $120 a session.

Individual Therapy Services
I best treat individuals within the range of my specialties. I work most and best with PTSD and trauma, Anxiety, Depression, attachment issues, relationship issues, mood disorders, and grief. I use a variety of treatment modalities that we will discuss in session to see what will fit you and your needs the best.

I can provide support with therapy for gender dysphoria and help with accessing gender affirming medical care by providing letters of affimation.
