About Me

I help clients by identifying how their past is still affecting them in the present, process difficult and painful memories, and use cognitive approaches to challenge feelings of shame and fixed negative beliefs. In addition, I explore with clients the impact trauma and family dynamics has on their relationships and teach skills to help them meet their emotional needs with friends, family, and partners.

I practice several kinds of interventions including TF-CBT, DBT, CPT, ACT and Narrative Therapy. I believe in creating a tailored, eclectic approach to meet your needs to the best of my clinical ability. I also utilize several mindfulness based approaches to increase mind-body connection.

The decision to try therapy is a difficult one. It takes vulnerability and openness. My goal is to make it as safe and comfortable as possible by offering a non-judgmental space where you can receive honest compassionate information and feedback that assists you in your journey. I look forward to working together.
